We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location in beautiful gardens on the outskirts of the city was simply perfect. We enjoyed the tranquility of the landscaped gardens and the easy access into the city centre. The service provided by the friendly and helpful staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even allowing our furry friend to stay with us. The room amenities, including the tea and coffee facilities, sitting area, and in-room safe, added to the overall comfort and convenience. We also appreciated the free toiletries, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV in our room.
The only downside we experienced was that the staff at the restaurant seemed a bit slow in their service. However, overall, we still highly recommend this place to everyone.

Decent decor upgrade, but could use more investment. Lovely location in a beautiful old house. USB charging points needed in rooms and outdoor spaces improved. Great staff at bar and breakfast. Parking available and convenient bus stop to town. Luxurious bed and bathroom, bath robes provided. Gourmet breakfast with fresh juice and excellent coffee included.
